The Gorelocker SGWT-1250 is designed for high-efficiency production of round duct elbows, reducers, end caps, offsets, and other fabricated fittings. - Two-Side Machine:
- Flanger/Swager Side: Flanges one side of a cylindrical gore and swages the connecting side of the next gore with a simple mode switch.
- Lockseamer Side: Closes seams into a standing rib, eliminating the need for additional painting, coating, or sealant.
- Simultaneous Operations: Two operators can work simultaneously on separate tasks, doubling productivity.
- Diameter and Gauge Range:
- Handles standing rib diameters from 5 to 50 inches (125–1250mm).
- Processes steel thickness of 28 to 16.5 gauge (0.5–1.5mm).
- Energy Efficient: Consumes only 2.2kW per side (4.4kW max).
- Compact Design: Requires minimal floor space (8.5 x 3 feet) and operates without hydraulic stations, heat, noise, or sparks.
- Speed Adjustment: Equipped with two current inverters for speed control (0–200%), allowing for precise adjustments for small or large elbow diameters.
