STAN RSF - Roofing Siding Factory StanGroup
Complete Metal Roofing, Siding & Trim Factory
Own the production. Control the schedule. Keep more profit in-house.
Limited-time complete equipment package: $89,000 CAD
Stop waiting for finished panels to arrive. Stop losing working days because a delivery is late, a panel arrives damaged or a supplier cannot meet your schedule.
The Complete Metal Roofing, Siding & Trim Factory gives contractors and growing manufacturers the core equipment needed to produce roofing panels, siding, trims and flashings in-house.
This is not simply a roll former with a few accessories. It is a coordinated production package that includes:
-
SS4E-PRO portable multi-profile roll former
-
Two interchangeable tooling sets
-
Board and Batten or Flach Panel siding profile
-
Your choice of Snap-Lock or Mechanical Standing-Seam profile set
-
-
Decoiler
-
Slitting and cut-to-length station
-
Adjustable run-out table
-
Alum-A-Brake Ultima or portable Standing-Seam seamer
It is a practical way to add an entirely new production division to your company for $89,000 CAD.
Produce more than panels
With this package, your company can manufacture the major exterior metal components required for residential and light-commercial projects:
-
Snap-Lock or Mechanical Standing-Seam roofing panels
-
Board and Batten metal siding or flush wall panels
-
Panels cut to the required project length
-
Ridge and hip caps
-
Valleys
-
Eave and drip-edge flashings
-
Rake and gable flashings
-
Corners, transitions and opening trims
-
Replacement panels and trims when they are needed
-
Metal strips slit to the required width
Instead of purchasing finished panels and trims from several suppliers, you can purchase raw coil and keep more of the production value inside your own business.
Example of a floor plan
Your crew should be installing, not waiting
A delayed material truck can leave an entire crew standing at the job site while wages, equipment costs and project deadlines continue to move.
Producing in-house gives you greater control over:
-
Production schedules
-
Panel lengths and quantities
-
Material availability
-
Replacement panels
-
Last-minute changes
-
Transportation and handling
-
Finished-product costs
-
Project turnaround times
If a panel is damaged or a measurement changes, you do not have to wait for another supplier order. You can produce the required replacement and keep the project moving.
Two ways to grow your business
For roofing and siding contractors, the package helps reduce dependence on outside panel suppliers while improving control over costs and scheduling.
For metal shops and entrepreneurs, it creates the foundation for supplying roofing panels, siding, trims and flashings to smaller contractors that do not own production machinery.
You are not limited to saving money on your own projects. The same equipment can create an additional source of revenue by producing material for other contractors in your area.
Potential equipment payback in approximately 12 to 15 similar projects
Our representative financial model examined a project consisting of:
-
1,900 sq. ft. of standing-seam roofing
-
1,500 sq. ft. of Board and Batten siding
-
Roofing trims and flashings
-
Siding trims, corners and opening details
The estimated cost of purchasing the finished panels and trims was $15,564.
Estimated in-house production cost, including raw steel, labour, power and maintenance, was $9,606.
That represents approximately $5,958 in direct production savings on one comparable project.
When the example also includes reduced transportation expenses and one avoided material-related workday, the total potential savings increase to approximately $7,833 per project.
Based on the $89,000 package price:
-
Direct production savings indicate approximately 15-project equipment payback
-
Total potential savings indicate approximately 12-project equipment payback
After the equipment is paid for, continued in-house production can contribute directly to the profitability of future projects.
What the package includes
SS4E-PRO portable multi-profile roll former
The SS4E-PRO is the centre of the production system. It is a professional portable roll former designed for workshop or mobile production of roofing, siding and architectural panels.
The package includes two interchangeable tooling sets:
-
Board and Batten or Flush Wall panel siding tooling
-
Your choice of a Snap-Lock or Mechanical Standing-Seam roofing system
Changing the tooling allows one machine to produce different exterior panel systems without requiring a second complete roll former.
Main SS4E-PRO characteristics:
-
220V single-phase 1.5 HP electric motor
-
Adjustable finished-panel width from 12" to 24"
-
Input material width from 15" to 28", depending on the installed profile
-
Six urethane drive rollers
-
Free-floating chrome-plated forming rollers
-
Clip-relief rollers
-
Interchangeable profile tooling
-
Manual adjustable exit shear
-
Limit-switch panel-length control
-
Wireless forward, reverse, start and stop controls
-
Production speed from approximately 25 to 70 feet per minute, depending on the drive system, profile and material
-
Available rib and striation configurations
-
Suitable for workshop or trailer-mounted production
Two interchangeable tooling sets
Two complete tooling systems are included with the package.
One set produces Board and Batten or Flush Wall panel siding. The second set is selected for the roofing system your company intends to manufacture, such as Snap-Lock or Mechanical Standing-Seam.
This allows the same SS4E-PRO machine to serve both roofing and siding projects while giving your company room to add other available profiles in the future.
Decoiler
The decoiler safely supports the metal coil and allows material to feed smoothly into the production process.
It reduces unnecessary coil handling and creates a more organized workflow between raw-material storage, slitting and panel production.
Slitting and cutting station
The external slitting and cutting station prepares raw coil for both panel and trim production.
It allows your company to:
-
Slit coil to the required width
-
Prepare panel blanks
-
Prepare material for trims and flashings
-
Cut material to the required length
-
Use raw coil across multiple products instead of purchasing pre-cut blanks
Adjustable run-out table
The run-out table supports completed panels as they leave the roll former.
It helps keep long panels controlled, reduces unnecessary handling and creates a cleaner production workflow for workshop or job-site manufacturing.
